Caylie Simmons won the Miss West Virginia USA 2024 pageant on June 1, 2024, at the Virginia Thomas Law Center for the Performing Arts in Buckhannon, West Virginia. She tied for first place in the overall Swimsuit competition. Additionally, she won the Community Impact Award. Caylie represented the Three Rivers Festival in the state pageant and won on her 4th attempt.
WORK LIFE
Caylie is on a mission to help individuals become confident in their smiles. A Registered Dental Hygienist, she developed a passion for creating accessible care for children worldwide while at WVU School of Dentistry, where she graduated with honors. Caylie founded Miles for Smiles, providing oral care kits and education to populations.
CAYLIE SIMMONS
Caylie co-founded the Corey Simmons Memorial Scholarship, awarding thousands to students in West Virginia. Wherever adventure exists, Caylie thrives. She’s snowmobiled Utah's highest peak, hiked Panama's tropical rainforest and white-water rafted at the New River Gorge.
