Nevaeh Harmon, Miss West Virginia USA 2023, was a pre-med student at Marshall University, studying Biochemistry with the goal of becoming a pediatric physician. During her time at Marshall, she worked as a certified pharmacy technician and served as Vice President and Chief of Staff of the Student Body, showcasing her leadership both in academics and within her community.

As Miss West Virginia USA 2023, her mission was "to inspire women and girls to dream bigger and to lead without fear." As a Black and Filipina woman in STEM, Nevaeh believed it was imperative to show youth how to find confidence and strength within themselves. She served as an example that no matter who you are or where you come from, you are more than worthy of achieving everything your heart desires.

Born and raised in Charleston, WV, Nevaeh was proud to represent the 'country roads' that shaped her, carrying her home state's values close to her heart throughout her reign.
