Lakyn Campbell, Miss West Virginia Teen USA 2023, is an exceptional individual. At 18 years old, she is a first-year student at the West Virginia University Honors College, majoring in journalism with a minor in pre-law. She graduated as the valedictorian of her high school class, which had over 400 students, with an impressive GPA of 4.6.

Lakyn has already built a remarkable resume. She has modeled in New York Fashion Week, is a two-time state tennis placer, and was elected Governor of the American Legion Auxiliary West Virginia Rhododendron Girls State. As a President’s Volunteer Service Award Recipient, Lakyn dedicates herself to community service, logging over 100 hours each year. She actively promotes literacy by organizing book drives for the West Virginia Children’s Home Society and leads a campaign to combat period poverty, collecting feminine hygiene products for schools and various organizations.

Her mission is to be a role model for youth, proudly representing the Mountain State with dedication and compassion.
